Install in reverse order of removal.

Install the shift mechanism cover. Refer to => [ Selector Mechanism Cover ] See: Shift Linkage/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Selector Mechanism Cover.

Install the front ashtray.

Install the handle on the selector lever. Refer to => [ Selector Lever Handle ] See: Shift Linkage/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Selector Lever Handle.
