1 - Assembly Carrier

‹› Assembly carrier removed

‹› Place new window regulator onto assembly carrier as shown.

‹› Note routing of cables.

‹› Note rivet sequence.

‹› Rivet window regulator first at top and bottom with one rivet each.

‹› Now, rivet the second upper rivet first.

2 - Aluminum Rivet

‹› Install rivet using special pop rivet pliers (V.A.G 1753A).

3 - Coupling Plate
