Windshield Washer Control Module: Service and Repair

Windshield Wiper Motor with Wiper Motor Control Module

Procedure

-

If the control module was replaced, select the "Replace" function for the respective control module in "Guided Fault Finding" or " Guided
Functions".

-

Select the function or path:

-

Follow further instructions on display of (VAS 5051B).

-

Remove the windshield wiper motor. Refer to=> [ Windshield Wiper Motor ] See: Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Windshield Wiper Motor
With Windshield Wiper Motor Control Module.

-

Remove nut - 2 - and detach crank from wiper motor. 

-

Remove wiper motor from wiper frame - arrows -.

-

Secure the new wiper motor without the crank on the wiper frame -  arrows -.

-

Connect electrical connector.
