Central Locking System

Comfort System Central Control Module J393

‹› Installed location: inside the luggage compartment on the right side above the battery

Removing

-

If the control module is replaced, select "Replace" function for respective control module in Guided Fault Finding.

Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

Remove right luggage compartment side trim panel - arrows -.

-

Remove the Comfort System Central Control Module (J393) - arrows - from the relay and fuse carrier.

‹› Disconnecting the connectors on the Comfort System Central Control Module (J393) out of sequence will damage the close assist unit.

Disconnect the connectors in the following sequence: - 1, 2 and 3 -.

Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
