Digital Sound System Control Module, Bang and Olufsen

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Fiber Optic Plier Repair Set (VAS 6223)

‹› Protective Cap For Cable Connector (VAS 6223/9)

CAUTION!
‹› Switch off all electrical components.

‹› Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

Removing

-

Open left luggage compartment storage bin.

Digital Sound System Control Module (J525) is threaded to bracket only at front.

-

Disconnect electrical connection - 2 - on Digital Sound System Control Module (J525) - 1 -. 

-

Remove bolts - arrows - (3 Nm).

-

Pull out Digital Sound System Control Module (J525) - 1 - at bracket.

-

Now disconnect electrical connections - 1 - and -  2 - on Digital Sound System Control Module (J525) - 3 -.
