Remove upper left and right A-pillar trim => [ Upper A-Pillar Trim ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Trim.

-

Remove D-pillar trim on left and right => [ D-Pillar Trim ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Trim.

-

Remove the roof end strip => [ Roof Frame ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Trim.

-

Remove bolts - 5 - (Qty. 2).

-

Remove rear interior/reading light.

-

Remove bolts - 6 - (Qty. 2).

-

With sunroof: Pry cover frame - 1 - out of clips - 3 - on all sides.

-

Remove the interior rearview mirror => [ Interior Rearview Mirror ] See: Mirrors/Service and Repair/Interior Rearview Mirror and => [ Interior
Rearview Mirror ] See: Mirrors/Service and Repair/Interior Rearview Mirror.

-

Remove the front interior/reading light.

-

Remove bolts - 7 - (Qty. 4).

-

Remove bolts - 8 - (Qty. 2).

-

Place shifter or selector lever in front position.

-

Position passenger seat backrest as far back as possible.

-

Position driver's seat backrest as far back as possible.

-

Pull out tabs - 4 - (Qty. 4) on left and right sides.

-

To remove cable at molded headliner, exit vehicle and carefully lower molded headliner onto seats.

-

Disconnect harness connector of ribbon cable at front interior light module.

-

Open left rear door.

-

Remove molded headliner through passenger's door.

‹› Installing

-

Carefully slide molded headliner in through a rear door.

‹› If installation sequence is not followed, molded headliner cannot be centered.

-

Clip in visor bracket.

-

Clip in sunroof cover frame - 1 -.

-

Install bolts - 5 - (Qty. 2).

-

Continue to install molded headliner - 1 - in reverse order of removal.

3 - Clamps

4 - Tabs (Qty. 4).

5 - Screws, (Qty. 2)

‹› Tightening torque: 4 Nm.

6 - Screws, (Qty. 2)

‹› Tightening torque: 4 Nm.
