Note: The repair kit includes four self-locking hex bolts which must be installed in all cases.

Install electronic parking brake connector in bracket.

Indicated on display of VAS 5051:
-
Request to enter a display group in display zone -1-.

Display zone -2- shows a keyboard.

Enter "06" or "006" as display group number via the keypad -2- and confirm entry with "Q key" (moves piston to original position).

Press left arrow button to exit from basic setting mode.
When installing new brake pads
Indicated on display of VAS 5051:

Request to enter a display group in display zone -1-.

Display zone -2- shows a keyboard.

Press left arrow button twice.
