Rear Brake Caliper Assembly Overview

  ‹› Applies to steel and ceramic brakes.

‹› When servicing, completely install repair set.

‹› Apply thin coat of assembly paste to brake cylinders, pistons and seals.

  1 - Bolt

‹› Self-locking

‹› Torque specification: 35 Nm

‹› Always replace

‹› When loosening and tightening, counter-hold at guide pin.

  2 - Brake Caliper with Actuator

‹› Brake caliper is not designed to be disconnect from actuator.
