Right Rear Center Console Temperature Sensor G312 - 6 -

Removing

NOTE:
-

Before disconnecting connectors, mark assignment to

-

Left/right rear vent warm/cold flap control motors and

-

Left/right center console temperature sensors.

-

Remove center console.

-

Remove bolts - 8 - and - 9 - (4x).

-

Pull left rear - 10 - and right rear - 11 - air ducts out of center console air distributor-3

Vehicles with 2-zone air conditioner
-

Disconnect connectors at Left Rear Warm/Cold Flap Air Outlet Motor V220.

Vehicles with 4-zone air conditioner
-

Disconnect connectors at Left Rear Warm/Cold Flap Air Outlet Motor V220 - 4 - and Right rear V221 - 5 - vent warm/cold flap control
motors.

-

Disconnect connectors at Left Rear Center Console Temperature Sensor G311 - 7 - and Right Rear Center Console Temperature Sensor
G312 - 6 - center console temperature sensors.

All vehicles (continued)
-

Remove bolts - 2 - (4x).

-

Remove center console air distributor - 3 -.

Installing
Install in reverse order of removal. Note following:
-

Pay attention to correct assignment when plugging in connectors at Left Rear Warm/Cold Flap Air Outlet Motor V220 - 4 - and Right Rear
Warm/Cold Flap Air Outlet Motor V221 - 5 - vent warm/cold flap control motors.

-

Pay attention to correct assignment when plugging in connectors at Left Rear Center Console Temperature Sensor G311 - 7 - and Right
Rear Center Console Temperature Sensor G312 - 6 - center console temperature sensors.

Left rear air duct

Removing
-

Remove center console.

-

Remove bolts - 8 - (2x).

-

Pull left rear air duct out of center console air distributor - 3 -.

Installing
Install in reverse order of removal.

Removing

Remove center console.

-

Remove bolts - 9 - (2x).

-

Pull right rear air duct out of center console air distributor - 3 -.
