‹› Dimension - a - = 80 mm

Remove coolant hose - 3 - by pulling clip out slightly.

-

Remove coolant hose - 4 - from left lower coolant line.

-

Remove bolts - 1 and 2 -.

-

Remove left lower coolant pipe.

Installing

‹› Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview ] See: Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview, => [ Left driveshaft heat

shield ] See: Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Replace oil dipstick guide tube O-ring.

‹› Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model.

Install subframe and engine carrier.

-

Install left drive axle.

-

Install stabilizer bar.

-

Install left front muffler. Refer to => [ Left Front Muffler ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Exhaust System/Muffler/Service and Repair/Left
Front Muffler.

Align exhaust system free of tension. Refer to => [ Exhaust System, Installing ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Exhaust System/Service and
Repair/Removal and Replacement.

Install left coolant pipe. Refer to => [ Left Coolant Pipe ] See: Left Coolant Pipe.

Install Hall sensor. Refer to => [ Valvetrain Assembly Overview ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Camshaft, Lifters and Push
Rods/Service and Repair/Valvetrain Assembly Overview.

Fill with coolant => [ Filling ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Service and Repair/Procedures.
