Oxygen Sensors, Cylinder Bank 2

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Ring spanner 7-piece set (3337)

Removing

‹› All cable ties opened or cut off during engine removal must be reinstalled at the same locations during installation.

-

Remove the rear engine cover.

-

Remove the vacuum hoses - arrows - from the brake booster.

-

Lay the vacuum lines aside.

-

Disconnect the cable ties - 1 - and free up the rear engine wiring harness by pull the harness slightly to the right.

-

Remove the affected electrical connector from the bracket and disconnect it.

To the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) 2

To the Oxygen Sensor (O2S) 2 behind Three Way Catalytic Converter (TWC)

-

 Free up the electrical wiring to the oxygen sensors.
