Remove air guide hose - 5 - on secondary air injection (AIR) combi-valve by press release buttons.

-

Remove bolts - 1, 2 and 6 -.

-

Free up electrical wiring on secondary air injection (AIR) combi-valve.

Remove secondary air injection combination valve - 3 -.

‹› The engine is shown from behind to provide a better illustration.

Installing

‹› Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection System Assembly Overview ] See: Service and Repair.

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Replace gaskets and O-rings.

‹› Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model.

‹› During installation, all cable ties must be re-installed at the same location.

Install Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) 2 (G108) (in front of catalytic converter).

Install left coolant pipe. Refer to => [ Left Coolant Pipe ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Coolant Line/Hose/Service and
Repair/Left Coolant Pipe.

Fill with coolant => [ Filling ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Service and Repair/Procedures.
