Connect a suitable assisting hose to the secondary air combination valve - 2 -.

Blow lightly into the assisting hose by mouth, do not use compressed air.

‹› Secondary Air Injection (AIR) combination valve must be closed, it must not be possible to blow through.

Run the hand vacuum pump to generate a vacuum.

‹› The Secondary Air Injection (AIR) combination valve must open, it must be possible to blow through.

If the secondary air combination valve does not react as described, replace it. Refer to: Left => [ Secondary Air Injection Left Combination Valve

Assembly is in reverse order of removal, note the following:
