Digital TV Tuner, with Digital Radio (DAB)

Switch off all electrical consumers.

-

Remove the key.

Removing

-

Open left luggage compartment storage bin.

-

If present, remove navigation system with CD drive control module (J401). Refer to => [ Navigation System with CD Drive Control Module ] See:
Accessories and Optional Equipment/Navigation System/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement.

-

Remove the nuts - 1 -, - 2 - and - 3 - (8 Nm).

-

Swivel frame - 4 - with digital TV tuner (R171) out of left storage compartment.

-

Disconnect harness connectors on digital TV tuner.

-

Remove frame with digital TV tuner from luggage compartment.

-

Rotate frame onto its rear side and remove bolts - 1 - (3 Nm).
