Removing

-

Remove Steering Column Switch Module (SCSM). Refer to=> [ Steering Column Switch Module ] See: Relays and Modules/Relays and Modules
- Steering and Suspension/Relays and Modules - Steering/Steering Column Control Module/Service and Repair.

‹› Steering must be in center position (wheels in straight ahead position) when removing and installing coil connector with slip ring.

Carefully release catches - arrows -.

-

Pull return spring with slip ring - 2 - with Steering Angle Sensor (G85) - item 1 - off from steering column switch module (SCSM).

Remove screws - arrows -.

Pull Steering Column Electronic Systems Control Module (J527) - item 2 - and Windshield Wiper/Washer Switch (E22) - item 3 - off from
