Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Torque wrench (VAG 1410)

Place the metal valve with rubber seal through the wheel from the inside.

Position the beveled washer and union nut from the outside and tighten. Refer to - item 7 - in => [ Wheel Electronics Assembly Overview ] See:
Alignment/Service and Repair/Procedures/Wheel Electronics Assembly Overview.

Secure against turning with a counter holder - 1 - (fir example, a 2 mm diameter drill bit).

Press the wheel electronics - 1 - into the bed and fasten at the rear of the valve with the microencapsulated screw. Refer to - item 6 - in => [ Wheel
