Front Door Trim, Removing and Installing

Front Door Trim, Removing And Installing

Removing

-

Pry trim plate - 3 - at door trim from retaining clips carefully.

-

Press pin - 1 - of expanding clip - 2 - approx. 4 mm and remove expanding clips.

NOTE:
-

Do not press pins completely to remove door trim.

-

Depending on design status, Phillips-head screws can be used instead of expanding clips.

-

Pry off lower part of handle well using dull screwdriver (arrow).

-

Remove lower part of handle well from door trim.

-

Remove screws - 3 - for handle well upper part - 2 -.

-

Remove handle well-upper part from the top out of door trim - 1 -.

NOTE:  For one part handle well upper part, the front part of the handle well upper part (with switches) must be unclipped from the door trim and
connectors disconnected.
