Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair
Left Footwell Flap Motor -V108-/Rear Footwell Vent Motor -V112-

Left footwell flap motor -V108- and rear footwell vent motor -V112-, removing and installing

NOTE:  Mark connector for the motor when removing (danger of swapping with connectors of the other actuator motors).

Remove driver-side shelf and side trim of center console

Remove 2 screws -A- (motor -V108-) or 2 screws -B- (motor -V112-).

Remove motor.

Before installing the motor, check mounting of the flap (knob -C- must be located between the stops -B-).

If the shaft of the motor is located in such an unfavorable position that it is not possible to install motor See Notes regarding installation.

After installing, always check DTC memory.

Tighten securing screws -A- and -B- only by hand, tightening torque 4 Ncm (0.35 in. lb).
