Remove frame for glovebox (arrows).

-

Pull frame with glovebox from back out of guides.

-

Pull off connector for glovebox light; the Bowden cable of lock remains connected.

Place glove box in passenger floor outlet.

-

Remove airbag guide.

-

Remove 4 bolts of airbag unit.

-

Release orange connector (with foam hose surrounding) - arrow - and disconnect.

-

Remove airbag unit from below and with impact cushion place on top.

Installing

Installation is done in reverse sequence, noting the following:

-

Switch ignition on.

CAUTION:  When connecting battery no on should be in the vehicle.

Connect battery.
