Check lock clip engagement -1-.

Loosen bolt 6- slightly.

Bracket-3can be pushed in direction of arrow -5- by hand

Make sure securing spring is seated in bracket.

Install lock cable bracket -3- in selector lever housing and connect lock cable eye to lever (for lock cable).

^

Install adjusting gauge 3352 (item -4-) between lever (for lock cable) and lock cable eye.

^

Pull lock cable in direction of arrow -5- and tighten bolt -6-,

^

Tightening torque: 8 Nm (71 inch lbs.) 

^

Check lock cable after each adjustment.
