Note:  Cables must not be routed between the body and the bracket.

Disconnect selector lever mechanism from body.

^

Disconnect connector -E-.

^

Unlock holding tab -Z- of guard plate from bracket.

^

Remove shift lock solenoid in direction of arrow.

^

After replacing shift lock solenoid, check operation of controls.

Remove guide with shutter.

^

Remove bolt -1- and remove notched plate together with spring clip.

^

Move selector lever to "P" position.
