Remove screws (arrows).

Notes:

Only the indicated screws may be loosened.

^

If other screws are loosened, the function of the valve body can be impaired or the valve body sections can be separated.

^

The screws are of different lengths. Note their locations carefully.

^

Remove valve body from transmission, together with wiring harness connector.

CAUTION!  Do not lay the removed valve body on the sensor for transmission RPM (on the back side of the valve body). Otherwise, there is risk
of damage.

Installing

Coat O-rings on wiring harness connector with thin layer of Vaseline.

^

Install wiring harness connector in transmission housing.
Installation position: flat part of backing collar faces downward, tabs on collar are horizontal
