If outlined procedures are not successful in ejecting stuck discs, complete CD Changer removal procedure and send unit to the supplier. Include
completed copies of the Audio Diagnostic Worksheet and the Media Retrieval Form with your repair paperwork.
When procedure applies to vehicles within the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, use the table shown.
