  Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Disassembly wedge (VAS 3409)

‹› Assembly device for protective cap (T10146/5)

‹› Piston resetting tool (T10145)

Removing

-

Force piston from brake caliper housing using compressed air.

-

- 1 - (T10145)

  ‹› Place a wooden board into the recess of the caliper housing so it is not damaged.

-

Remove protective cap from brake caliper, e.g. with (VAS 3409).

-

Remove seal.
