Remove bolt -3- and securing plate beneath.

Replace generator coolant return pipe Part No.: 077 117 412R (includes new seals).

Only improved coolant return pipes are available from your Parts Depot.

Part numbers listed in this bulletin are for reference only. Always check with your Parts Dept. for the latest parts information.

Install two new seals Part No: N 907 834 02 on generator supply pipe.

Torque

^

Coolant pipes to Generator (GEN) = 10 Nm.

^

Coolant pipes to Oil filter bracket = 10 Nm.

-

Reinstall coolant hose to coolant pipe.

-

Reinstall air filter housing assembly.

-

Reinstall air hose -2- at air filter housing.

-

Reconnect electrical connection -1-.
