CAUTION!
The air conditioning refrigerant circuit must not be opened.

‹› Do not bend or stretch the lines or hoses to the Air Conditioning (A/C) compressor and/or refrigerant lines/hoses may be damaged.

Remove the bolts - arrows -.

-

Swivel the condenser with power steering cooler downward and secure it to the engine.

-

Remove both bracket bolts - arrows - for the radiator.

-

Move the radiator slightly toward front at top and lift out of lock carrier.

Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:

‹› Converting to a radiator with bypass. Refer to => [ Converting to a Radiator with Bypass ] See: Procedures.

‹› Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type.

Install the front bumper cover.

-

Install the front part of the wheel housing liner on the left and right front.

-

Fill the cooling system. Refer to => [ Draining and Filling ] See: Service and Repair/Procedures/Draining and Filling.

‹› Complete coolant must be replaced if the radiator was replaced.
