Radiator: Removal and Replacement
Oil Cooler

Oil Cooler

-

Remove the engine. Refer to => [ Engine, Removing ] See: Engine/Service and Repair/Engine, Removing.

Remove the right exhaust manifold. Refer to => [ Exhaust Manifold ] See: Exhaust System/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Right
Side Components.

Remove the oil filter housing. Refer to => [ Oil Filter Housing ] See: Engine/Engine Lubrication/Oil Cooler/Service and Repair.

Remove the oil cooler bolts - arrow - and oil cooler.

Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:

‹› Replace the gaskets and O-rings.

Install the generator.

Install the right exhaust manifold. Refer to => [ Exhaust Manifold ] See: Exhaust System/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Right
Side Components.

Install the coolant pipe to the oil filter housing. Refer to => [ Coolant Pipe to Oil Filter Housing ] See: Coolant Line/Hose/Service and Repair.

Install the torque support. Refer to => [ Torque Bracket and Support Valve Assembly Overview ] See: Engine/Service and Repair/Torque Bracket
and Support Valve Assembly Overview.

Tightening Specifications
