Heater Control Valve: Service and Repair
Pump Valve Unit

Refrigerant Circuit

Pump Valve Unit

Remove pump valve unit. Refer to => [ Pump Valve Unit, Checking ] See: Testing and Inspection/Pump Valve Unit, Checking.

Remove bolts - A -.

-

Remove coolant pipes:

‹› Pipes - C - to front passenger's heater core

‹› Pipes - D - to driver's heater core

‹› Replace O-ring seals - B -.

‹› Coat O-ring seals with refrigerant before inserting.

‹› Insert rubber bushings - E - into pump valve unit and into bracket - F -, as shown in illustration.
