Ensure proper fit

If heater core is replaced without removing, fit clamp instead of clip.

21. Left heater core

With seal to air conditioner unit housing

NOTE:

-

Before installing, check foam seal at heater core.

-

Seal may curl up on insertion if not correctly bonded on.

-

Cold air may flow past heater core if seal is damaged or not properly installed.

22. Right heater core

-

With seal to air conditioner unit housing (refer to note on left heater core)

23. Top right coolant pipe
24. Bottom right coolant pipe
