Removing

With ignition switched off, disconnect battery ground (ND) wire. Refer to => [ Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting ] See: Starting and
Charging/Tools and Equipment/Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting.

Remove ground stud - 3 - and nut - 2 -.

-

Detach energy management control module (J644).

-

Unplug connectors - 1 -.

-

Release comfort system central control module (J393) - arrows - and detach it from relay and fuse panel.

  ‹› Electrical connectors remain connected.

Open the cover - 1 -.
