Vehicle Electrical System Control Module 2

  Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system (VAS 5051B)

  ‹› Component location: On floor of vehicle beneath front passenger seat.

Removing

-

If the control module was replaced, select the "Replace" function for the respective control module in "Guided Fault Finding" or "Guided
Functions" with the (VAS 5051B).

Select the function or path:

-

Follow the instructions on the Vehicle Diagnosis Tester display.

Remove front passenger's seat.

-

Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

-

Remove lower A-pillar trim.

-

Fold back floor carpet.

-

Remove nuts - arrows - and remove vehicle electrical system control module 2 (J520).
