Push the seal over the (3241/2).

-

Press in the seal until seated using the (3241/1). To do so, use the (3241/3).

Further installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

‹› Replace the O-ring.

‹› Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type.

‹› Hose connections and charge air system hoses must be free of oil and grease before installing. Do not use lubricant under any circumstances.

Left Cylinder Head

Install the left combination valve for the AIR system. Refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Combination Valve ] See: Emission Control
Systems/Catalytic Converter/Service and Repair/Left Side Components.

Right Cylinder Head

-

Install the lock carrier with attachments.
