V.A.G 1783/1 Spanner attachment (10 mm A/F)

Bonded rubber bushings can only be turned to a limited extent.

Therefore axle components with bonded rubber bushings must be put in a position that corresponds to the position in driving mode (control position)
before tightening.

Otherwise the rubber bushing will be placed under stress and its service life will be reduced.

This position can be simulated on the lifting platform by raising the wheel bearing housing with engine/transmission jack V.A.G 1383 A and mounting
T10149.

Prerequisite:

The engine must be installed.

Clean the air connection area.
