  Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Used Oil Collecting and Extracting Device (V.A.G 1782)

‹› Puller (T10037)

Removing 

  ‹› Transmission is removed.

‹› Transmission, securing to assembly stand, refer to => [ Transmission, Securing to Assembly Stand ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/09EA Transmission/Transmission, Securing to Assembly Stand

Do not place the transmission on the ATF cooler or oil pan.

Remove bolts - arrows - on left flange shaft mounting bracket.

-

Place (V.A.G 1782) beneath transmission.

Remove left flange shaft by fastening (T10037) to transmission housing - arrow -.
