Windshield Wiper Motor with Wiper Motor Control Module

  Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system (VAS 5051B)

Procedure

-

If the control module was replaced, select the "Replace" function for the respective control module in "Guided Fault Finding" or "Guided
Functions" with the (VAS 5051B).

Select the function or path:

-

Follow the instructions on the Vehicle Diagnosis Tester display.

Remove the windshield wiper motor. Refer to => [ Windshield Wiper Motor with Windshield Wiper Motor Control Module ] See: Wiper
Motor/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Windshield Wiper Motor With Windshield Wiper Motor Control Module.

Remove nut - 2 - and detach crank from wiper motor.

Remove wiper motor from wiper frame - arrows -.

-

Secure the new wiper motor without the crank on the wiper frame - arrows -.
