Water Drain Hoses, Cleaning

NOTE:  For cleaning, a locally manufactured cleaning probe made from a speedometer inner cable approx. 2300 mm (7.5 ft) long is recommended.
This is simultaneously rotated and passed all the way through the drain hoses.

Front Water Drain Hoses

The front water drain hoses are routed through the A-pillars and exit above the lower hinge of the front door (arrow). They can be cleaned from the
sunroof opening.

Rear Water Drain Hoses

The rear water drain hoses are routed through the D-pillars and exit behind the wheelhousing on the right side with battery vent hose - 1 - (arrow). They
can be cleaned from the lower end of the hose.
