Secured via adjustment of clutch master cylinder

Slide onto shaft of bearing bracket

Can be removed and installed with pedal bracket installed.

Always replace

Install on pin

Insert in clutch pedal and master cylinder
19. Cylinder bolts, 20 Nm
20. Clutch master cylinder

Replace if leaking

To remove, unscrew bearing bracket
^
Adjusting, Refer to Fig. 1
21. Gasket

Insert between pedal bracket and master cylinder
22. Supply hose
^
Install on master cylinder
23. Bearing bushing
^
Replace if damaged
24. Torsion spring
^
Do not lubricate
^
To remove, unscrew bearing bracket
25. Hexnut, tighten to 20 Nm.

Always replace

To adjust, turn plastic bearing eyelet.
Note:

When measuring, plastic bearing eyelet must be at right angle to surface of clutch master cylinder.

If the clutch pedal does not return on its own with plastic bearing eyelet properly adjusted:

There may be air in the hydraulic system
-
The pedal may be stuck in the bearing.
