Valid for following vehicles:
Front Wheel Drive (FWD) with ABS/EDL
Front Wheel Drive (FWD) with ABS/EDL/ASR
All Wheel Drive (AWD) with ABS/EDL
1. Hydra. unit - Master brake cylinder (primary piston circuit)
2. Hydraulic control unit - rear right brake caliper
3. Hydraulic unit - front left brake caliper
4. Hydraulic unit - Master brake cylinder (secondary piston circuit)
5. Hydraulic control unit - rear left brake caliper
6. Hydraulic control unit - front right brake caliper

Note:  
For vehicles with All Wheel Drive (AWD) and EDL intake control (from 05.95), pressure absorbers are omitted Refer to Fig. 2.
EDL intake regulation reduces regulation noise.
The functional range of the pressure relief valve in the hydraulic unit is raised from 90 ± 25 bar to 170 ± 25 bar.

Note:  
For vehicles with All Wheel Drive (AWD) and ABS/EDL-pressure regulation (up to 05.95):
For vehicles with All Wheel Drive (AWD) and EDL-pressure regulation, two pressure absorbers are screwed into the hydraulic unit (arrows).
They moderate pressure spikes in the brake lines and reduce regulation noise.
Counterhold on hex-edge of pressure absorber when releasing brake lines.
