Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair
Defroster Flap Motor -V107-
Defroster flap motor -V107-, removing and installing
NOTE: Mark connector for the motor when removing (danger of swapping with connectors of the other actuator motors).

Remove driver-side shelf and side trim of center console
-
Remove footwell air outlet.

Remove 2 screws -A-.

Remove flap motor (linkage -B- with lever remains connected to air conditioner housing).

If the shaft of the flap motor is located in such an unfavorable position that it is not possible to install motor -> Notes regarding installation.

After installing, always check DTC memory.

Tighten securing screws -A- only by hand, tightening torque 4 Ncm (0.35 in. lb).
