Power Door Lock Control Module: Service and Repair
The control module for heated door locks is located at the upper door cross member in the driver's door.

Remove door trim panel. See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Front Door Panel/Service and Repair

Remove both screws.

Disconnect electrical connector and remove control module
