Note safety specifications when working on airbag.

Steering wheel can be removed with wheels in straight ahead position.

Remove airbag unit - 3 -.
-
Place steering wheel in center position (wheels straight ahead).

Remove spline screw - 4 -.
CAUTION: Return ring with spiral spring must not be turned in removed condition.
