Fluid - Transfer Case: Testing and Inspection
Distributor Gear Fluid, Checking Level and Changing

Disconnect right three way catalytic converter from rear exhaust system and press three way catalytic converter to right.
^
Remove filler plug (arrow -B-).
Fluid level must reach lower edge of filler opening.
^
Top up fluid if necessary.
Note:
-
Always replace the filer plug.
Tightening torque
Filler plug (M18) in distributor housing ............................................................................................................................................. 35 Nm (26 ft. lbs.)
