Output Shaft: Service and Repair
Needle Bearing For Front Gear 2, Replacing
Special Tools
The following special tools and testing equipment are necessary for this work:
KUKKO 22/1 - Support
KUKKO 21/2- Extractor
KUKKO 21/5 - Extractor
VW 402 - Pressure plate
2080 A - Sleeve
VW 408 a - Punch
Notes:

Remove the needle bearing only for replacement.

The needle bearing is damaged when removed.
Removing
^
Remove distributor gear .
^
Unscrew output flange.
^
Counter-hold output flange with two bolts and iron rod to prevent it from turning.
^
Carefully press clamping nut (item -14-,.
^
Remove bolts (item -22-, 5 pcs., T25).
^
Remove guide plate and fastening ring.
^
Set up support -A- and extractor-B- and install in shaft of front gear 2.
A - Support KUKKO 22/1
B - Extractor KUKKO 22/2
^
Support support -A- with pressure plate VW 402 and pretension support using nut -1-.
