Replace O-ring seals -C- and -D- between connecting line in A/C housing -B- and to evaporator -E-.

Bolt -A- tightening torque: 3 Nm
-
O-ring seals -C- Exit: 13.4 mm/2.4 mm

O-ring seals -D- Input: 11.2 mm/2.4 mm
NOTE:
-
Ensure proper seating of the O-rings -C- and -D- in the groove of the connecting lines to evaporator -E-.

Ensure proper seating of grommet -D- to A/C housing at connecting line for evaporator -C- (see illustration for version "1" V87-1603).
