Pull out sealing ring.

Installing 

The sealing ring is installed in reverse order of removal. In addition, the following work steps have to be carried out:

Note:

Refer to installation notes.

Replace O-ring between pinion bearing and flange (lubricate O-ring lightly before installation).

Lubricate outer circumference of sealing ring with gear oil.

^

Drive sealing ring for drive shaft flange in to stop using special tool 3026.

^

Lubricate space between sealing lip and dust lip with gear oil.
