AFFECTED VEHICLES
CONDITION
^ Sporadic cracking noises or audio dropouts in all audio sources.
^ Complete failure of the MMI system - frozen or blank screen.
Tip: Multimedia Control Head E380 is ruled out as the root cause.

this condition.
