NOTE:

Self - adjusting elements, used for height compensation between longmember and crossmember, are located on ends of the long sides of
crossmember.

-

Screwing in hex bolt - 1 - automatically compensates the distance between longmember - 3 - and spacer bushing - 4 - of crossmember - 7 -.

60 Nm

CAUTION: Under no circumstances are hex bolts to be driven through carrier bushings by hammer blows. Bolts must be screwed
completely through carrier bushings - 5 - of spacer bushing - 4 -.

Screw in completely, do not drive in by hammer blows.

Screws out of crossmember while screwing in hex bolt.

Broken lines identify the initial position.

Before installing crossmember - 3 -, make sure that spacer bushing is located in initial position..

If necessary, spacer bushing (left - hand thread) must be screwed in completely.
