Console Lamp: Service and Repair

Lamps and Switches in Center Console

  Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Special hook (3370)

Removing

-

Carefully detach front center console lamp - 1 - using (3370).

-

Unplug connector.

Installing

Install in reverse order.

  ‹› Entire front center console lamp must be replaced if faulty.

 Access/Start Authorization Button or Driver Identification Control Module

Removing

-

If the control module was replaced, select the "Replace" function for the respective control module in "Guided Fault Finding" or "Guided
Functions" with the vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system (VAS 5051B).
