If several labels must be affixed in a particular country, place these over labels marked in illustration.

Change coding of airbag control module to the code for no rear side airbags.

Fill out registration card and send to responsible distributor or importer for registration. Place page 3 of registration card in customer's vehicle
wallet.

Activating

Remove rear seat bench => [ Rear Bench Seat ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear Seats.

‹› The left and right side airbags can only be switched on together. It is not possible to switch side airbags on individually.

There is one harness connector each at left and right under rear seat bench.

Cut through connector cable ties.

Connect the connector for side airbag - 1 -.
