Turn Air Quality Sensor G238 - 1 - counter-clockwise 90 degrees and remove sensor from mount.

Release the retaining clips - arrows -.

Open plenum chamber electronics box cover slightly and pull off to front.

Release fasteners - arrows - and lift off auxiliary relay carrier in electronics box.
NOTE: Disregard item - 1 -.

Unclip plug-in sockets for multi-pin connectors.
NOTE: Precise assignment of relay and fuse box in plenum chamber electronics box can be seen from appropriate wiring diagram Electrical
Wiring Diagrams, Troubleshooting and Component Locations.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:
NOTE: Re-attach all cable ties at the same locations when re-installing.

Connect battery. Required actions.

Adjust wiper arms.
Tightening torque
Engine control unit to plenum chamber electronics box: 2 Nm
